The concept for PLM came out of requirement that many boat owners find they don't have the time to sail as they had expected. Some boat owners find they have to sell their boat as the only solution...

This became a concept we call 'Yacht-Divorce'. We found that many people go through a cycle of purchasing and then selling their yacht.
